“Feliciana” egg pasta with egg volcano in nest bacon surprise

You’ll need

Mixing bowls, Rubber spatula wooden spoon, kitchen knife
frying pan, muffins pan

Egg pasta preparation

egg – 3pieces, potato (cassava)
starch- 1cup, water – 1 1/2 cup
Salt-1teaspoon, Oil -1teaspoon
Butter -3tablespoon
1. Combine eggs, starch, water, salt and oil in a bowl stir until well incorporated.
2. Melt and heat 1/2tablespoon, butter in pan.
3. Pour 1/2cup of the mixture to the pan then cook for 1-2minutes.
4. Roll the fried batter then cut into 1/2inch thick strips
5. set aside.
6. Repeat until mixture is all gone.


Egg Volcano preparation

Fresh egg -3 pieces
Fresh milk -1/8 cup
Onion -diced 1piece, small
carrot -diced blanched 1piece, small
sugar beets – diced 1piece, small
Green pepper – diced 1piece, small
Green onion -diced 1tablespoon
Salt -1/2 teaspoon
Pepper -1/4teaspoon
Bacon – 5oograms

1.preheat oven to 350 deg Fahrenheit
2. combine ingredients, except bacon, in a bowl
3. In a muffin pan, layer bacon to form a basket or nest.
4. Pour the combined mixture then cover with the excess flaps of the bacon.
5. Baked for at least 20minutes in the oven


Pastas saucer preparation

oil – 2tablespoon
onion -1piece, medium
garlic -1clove
tomato – chopped 2pieces, medium
shrimp – 5oo grams
water -3tablespoon
fresh basil leaves chopped 1/8cup(leave a few leaves for garnish)
sugar -1/2tablespoon
parmesan cheese -1 1/4tablespoon
salt,pepper

1.heat oil in saute pan
2.saute onion and garlic until fragrant
3. add tomato and shrimp and cook for at least 5minutes
4. add water then simmer until thick.
5. add basil leaves, sugar, 1tablespoon parmesan, salt and pepper. Cook 1mintue more.


Assembly

1. Toss Noodles in the sauce
2. place the cooked bacon nest in the center of the plate.
3. Surround with the nest with the tossed pasta.
4. Garnish with basil leaves. Sprinkle 1/4 tablespoon. parmesan cheese.
5. Serve hot.
