Egg & tinapa Breakfast Pie

You’ll need

Food processor, oval baking dish
mixing bowls, rolling pin
wooden spoon, knife, fork

Ingredients

All purpose Flour 1 3/4 cup
Butter 1/4 cup
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Egg 3 pieces
all purpose cream 1/4 cup
onion 1 small piece
garlic 6 cloves
tinapa 1/3cup, flaked
cheese 1/3 cup
tomatoes 2 small pieces
leeks 3 pieces
Vegetable oil 1/2 tablespoon
Salt 1/8 teaspoon
butter 1 teaspoon


How To Cook it

1. preheat oven to 350F
2. In a food processor, combine flour, butter and salt. Pulse until
fine then transfer to a bowl.
3. add one egg to the processed flour and mix until well incorporated.
shape the wrap. Chill or rest for 30minutes.
4. In a separate bowl combine cream, remaining 2 eggs, onions, garlic,
tinapa, cheese, tomatoes, leeks, oil, salt and pepper. Mix until well combined. set
aside.
5. Grease an oval baking dish with butter.
6. Roll the dough out 1/4inch thick, put on the of the buttered dish
then cut out the excess dough.
7. Using a fork, dock the dough then pre-baked for 10minutes or until light
brown. Let it cool.
8. Fill the pre-baked dough with the reserved filling. baked in the oven for 30minutes ir until the filling has set and the crust is brown.
9.Allow to cool then remove from the dish. Slice and serve.
