Bacon and Sausage Silog

You’ll need

Saute pan, wire whisk
Turner, chopping board
Mixing bowl, Knife
Frying pan, Plate


Cooking oil – 1tablespoon
Onion, chopped – 1piece, medium
Garlic, Chopped – 2pieces, medium
Cooked rice – 2cups
Bean paste – 1tablespoon
Egg, Medium -3pices
Salt -1/2 teaspoon
Pepper -1/4teaspoon

1.In saute pan, heat oil and add onion. Cook till translucent.
2. Add Garlic and cook until fragrant.
3. Add tomato and cook till soft.
4. Add the cooked rice and stir fry till heated throughout, about 3 minutes.
5. Add bean paste.
6. In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
7. Pour in a heated non-stick pan to make an omelet.


Rice paper – 4pieces
Cucumber -1piece, medium
Cilantro – 1bunch

1.Lay down rice paper on a plate and wet with a small amount of water till translucent.
2. Arrange sliced sliced cucumber and cilantro stem.
3. Top with the egg omelet.
4. Spread into two, diagonally, and serve with more cilantro.
